Limited Warranty

In no event shall Sunlightlcd.com liable for any defect in software, for loss of or inadequacy of data of any kind, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of the performance or use of any product furnished hereunder.

Sunlightlcd.com, provided a One Year parts and labor warranty starting from the date of shipment. Any product that is found to be defective within this warranty period will at the option of Sunlightlcd.com be replaced or repaired. This warranty is not extended to any product, which has been repaired or alters by anyone other than Sunlightlcd.com or has been subjected to miss use or improper installation.

PLEASE NOTICE: No credit will be given after 30 days from the date of the invoice. Within 30 days period all returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee, except for evaluation unit. All return credit will not include shipping and handling fee.

Extended Warranty

In addition to Sunlightlcd.com's 1-year standard warranty coverage, iCare offers an affordable extended warranty for those desiring additional benefits such as: 

• Advanced replacement, and
• Longer warranty period.

• Free 1-year warranty covers parts and workmanship
• Telephone and email technical support are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday
• Standard Warranty coverage begins on the date of purchase

• A one-year, or two-year extension to the Standard Warranty coverage, PLUS
• Advanced equipment replacement (to replace a malfunctioning product)*

* Including FREE Ground shipping back to customer. Customer gets charged upon shipping the Advanced-Replacement product, then gets fully credited upon receiving the malfunctioning product.

**Extended Warranty must be placed at time of original product Order. Submission for Extended Warranty coverage when not placed at time of original product Order, or submission for Extended Warranty coverage for products not eligible for an Extended Warranty are subject to refusal at Sunlightlcd.com's discretion.
