We posts street pricing and manufacturers suggested retail
prices for single quantity purchases on its web site and product price
sheets. These prices are listed as guidelines only. You may resell any
product purchased from us at any price.
Resellers: We are
obligated by law to know the Reseller number & Federal ID assigned
to our customers. Therefore, we require clients to supply us with
a copy of their business license & Federal ID. We
reserve the right to verify all submitted information.
Drop Shipment:
No extra
fees, charges or conditions that differ from our standard freight
policy. One condition, that you must be on open account terms, use a
bank card, or prepay.
Terms:
Terms are
negotiated on an individual basis, based on the information you
provide in the Reseller Application. Orders must be confirmed by
written Purchase Order. Payment terms may be net 20 with credit
approval of customer, C.O.D. Company check with approved credit card
on file, or cash or equivalent with order.
How to apply a reseller account?
Your company must located in the US and hold a valid
computer seller's permit.
